Bully Wee entertain in friendly draw
The final score was 2-2, following a decent contest considering that both sides are still very early in their pre-season schedule.
Clyde’s team featured a mixture of signed squad members, players from the Youth Academy and some trialists, up against an experienced Stenhousemuir side, which included ex-Clyde men Eddie Malone and Ross McMillan.

Hide AdThe Bully Wee found the net first when Kieran MacDonald fired in a free-kick from the edge of the box, after Michael Daly was fouled. The Warriors equalised a few minutes from a header and the score remained at 1-1 at the interval.
Clyde regained the lead through another excellent free-kick effort, this time by John Sweeney. However, the home side levelled the score again following a cross ball into the box which the Clyde defence couldn’t clear.
