Public asked to be wary of techno-scams in Clydesdale

Hide AdIt involved a plausible conman phoning a local citizen, claiming to represent a major bank; the bogus caller said that the `bank’ was issuing them with a new ATM card and was sending a courier round to collect the old one.
The victim was assured that the courier would shortly return with the new card and the person’s new pin number.
