Police urge locals to know their limits

COMMUNITY Safety Glasgow has issued a warning to festive partygoers over the dangers of binge drinking before heading out.

The £10,500 festive safety campaign has been running throughout December, with a focus on the dangers of drinking too much and leaving yourself vulnerable.

Additional resources have been deployed across the city to keep revellers safe and prevent them from falling victim to crime or injury as a result of too much booze — including a new Nite Zone for Shawlands.
